Melanotan is an unlicensed tanning drug that needs to be diluted with a form of prescription-only medicine (Bacteriostatic Water). Melanotan has a varied range of side effects, it holds health warnings from both the FDA and the MHRA, stating, “The side effects could be extremely serious”.
